About this product
The 2020 XXIO 11 Iron Set includes clubs from 6-iron to pitching wedge, designed for right-handed men. The set features graphite shafts with regular flex, specifically the XXIO MP1100 48G shaft. The 7-iron length is 37 inches. The set is in good condition and includes XXIO Weight Plus standard grips, though the 9-iron has a Jumbo Max Ultralite XS grip. This is a partial iron set, not including wedges beyond the pitching wedge.
Our take
This iron set is a trade-off between modern technology and cost savings. The 2020 model is relatively recent, offering the latest XXIO design, but the 'good' condition means you're accepting some wear. The graphite shafts are lightweight (48g), which can help increase swing speed, but the regular flex may not suit stronger players. The set covers 6-PW, which is typical, but you'll need to source wedges separately. The grip inconsistency (one jumbo grip) might be a minor annoyance. For a mid-handicapper looking for a quality iron upgrade without paying full price, this set is a reasonable choice, but the condition and grip variation are factors to consider.
